Why I Love Cycling

Cycling story by Vaibhav Agarwal

Cycling is not just a sport, it’s almost turned out to be a way of life for me!

I have always enjoyed going out, but taking up cycling has transformed the way I enjoy the outdoors, touching every aspect of my day.

Oh that feeling of cycling…

It’s only when you get on your bike you can feel it… that adrenaline rush while going fast downhill… that feeling of wind on your face… the joy of going slow and exploring… taking that road you never took before… the satisfaction of climbing top of a hill… Just nothing else can give you those experiences!

Not just see, experience the views!

With cycling you don’t just get past the views, you can experience them and be a part of them. Like a place? Go close to it, be part of it… you can access places where motor vehicles cannot get to, while still taking you far and further to destinations you cannot walk to. You can enjoy the views at the pace you decide on.

Something which makes you enjoy while you are shredding

Cycling is a great way to get exercise, not just for the young and fit, but for people of all ages and fitness level. It will boost your stamina, help you burn loads of calories, all while having lots of fun!

It just ‘Fits in’ my lifestyle.

It’s one activity which can fit in (almost) all parts of your life. It’s my primary way to exercise, I use it for commute, for groceries for experiencing my surroundings. It helps me avoid traffic madness while saving money and gaining fitness all at the same time.

Cycling made me bag new physical and mental achievements I never thought I would ever could.

Cycling has made me do amazing things that I could never have done otherwise. I did some epic big rides (at least by my standards)… lost nearly 20 pounds/10 kg in 6 months and enjoyed some breathtaking views and experiences doing all this! Cycling had been part of my life when I was young and wanted to play. It is still a part of my life and it still makes me go out and play. And I am glad that it is.

Be around… Lets stay connected
